Chelsea Manor – Conversion of open plan area into multiple consultancy rooms, as above works plus.

This involved creating new consulting rooms, reception areas, administration, and staff areas to accommodate multiple GP practices. Works included:
- demolition, strip out
- structural alterations
- construction of new walls

- decoration
- IPS units, WCs and showers
- suspended ceilings
- panic system
- reception/ waiting areas
- replacement staff refreshment areas
- external decoration
Chelsea Manor

- creation of new patient entrance.

- creation of new disabled WC.
